"Passing through Piazza Gambacorti, we had less than an hour for a lunch break. We spotted this place, which seemed inviting to us, and went inside. The interior is furnished in an original and pleasant way. It is understood that in no-Covid time, and in a city full of university students, the pub has had (and can return to have) plenty of youth on afternoon and evening time. As for food, the dishes are few but well selected, (also, not particularly cheap). We turned to the so-called giro di primi (ie choice of four pasta first courses tastes), at a fixed price of 20 euros each person, including water and a wine glass. We then received in succession (if I remember correctly) paccheri with shrimps and olives; “fusilli” with octopus and chard, “orecchiette” with sausage and cauliflower cream; “tagliolini” with “cinta senese” pork meat and grated cashews. All excellent, certainly the property is recommended."

"Have to go. It is a unique offering in the centre of Pisa, and even if you are not vegan or vegetarian you will love the food. There is tempeh, tofu and seitan served in a variety of different ways and with a choice of homemade sauces and cheeses. There are fresh desserts, healthy drinks, nice coffee and products like locally-made vegan cheese. The owner is just a great guy, speaks good English and cares about treatment of animals. It is very nice to sit outside the shop and watch the world pass by."

"I ate here twice and found it to be clean, friendly and good food. The server said that he hey make all their food fresh and with good quality because they eat there too. The falafel was super as well. It was a good stop for fries and a beer. The fries are freshly cut and you get a generous portion with lots of ketchup and mayonnaise."
