"I asked about the ground beef they used because it was not dry, it looked like steak, it really tasted good. I found out that they use a large knife that handles the meat for 4 hours. I could definitely see and taste the quality of this process. If you contain Jewish, Muslim, 7th day Adventist or yourself from certain foods, this place is prefect. You can have everything in the menu. My friend eats yogurt every day for dietary reasons. She loved yogurt served with many meals. I know she'll study the Turkish diet. We want to go to Turkey now. Seriously! It'll be regular for me. We tried the baklava. I couldn't find anyone who's not dry. They mix the pistachios with a cream. That's why it doesn't mean baklava anymore, but you couldn't say the difference. It wasn't dry. I loved it. It was consolation for me. I see myself taking food home when I don't feel like cooking, but I want something with substance. I'm glad I tried."

"The place looks beautiful. We ordered it. We have schish kabob platter, hummus and pita and 3 pieces baklava. 3 extra sauces and it came to $46. The part was PATHETIC there were 9 small pieces lamb, 6 pieces formaldehyde treated carrot fingers, 2 pieces cauliflower and 1 piece broccoli. 1 cup of rice. The portions were embarrassing for the price we paid. No taste. The only good was the hummus. Altogether soooo disappointing. Soooo disappointing!!!!"

"The best secret in Pompano! When we moved here 4 years ago, we decided to try and get back! We haven't been in a while since we moved to coconut streams, but decided to drive! And it's still as fresh as ever!! The Gyro meal alone hands down the most tasteful! Fresh crispy and soft ptas with the best sauce! The owners were so nice that they saw that we had our children and gave us some extra frits and let us even try their new donuts great service we will be back!"

"This was a wonderful find while walking the beach looking for a spot to stop for dinner. Great Mediterranean atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly and had spot on recommendations for both the appetizer and main course. We had the octopus for the appetizer. It was our first experience with octopus and it was amazing. It had great mouth feel and bite and was seasoned with an experienced hand. For the main course we had the gyro and the sampler kabab. The lamb in the gyro was so tender and delicious and the rice was cooked perfectly, it was hard to stop eating. The kabab was what I was expecting and was very good, but the steak was slightly over cooked. The gyro was the better of the 2 dishes. I will definitely dine here again and would highly recommend giving them a try."
