"This is a place I would definitely recommend. I ordered beet rawvioli with cultured cashew cheeze and seaweed vinaigrette that were really well balanced, served with a side of indian mustard salad that went really well with the dish. The soja ragout was really tasty and meaty, just as it should be. The only little hiccup was the potato gratin served on the side that I found a little underseasoned but kind of compatible with the strong ragout. The waitress was super nice and helpful even though she was alone (apparently there was supposed to be another person to help her who had called in sick thumbs up not that easy juggling service in 2 rooms)"
