"We found this place by chance and what a great find. The staff was friendly and helpful (we don't speak French) and the food was wonderful. Salad was fresh and beautifully large and the pizza was excellent. They had 5 taps with a nice beer selection. If you are in the neighborhood and want a cheap meal, I highly recommend this place."

"There is not many options when you are vegan and you visiting Quebec City. I found this health food quite useful when I was in Quebec city . If I didn't find this place, I would have been stuck eating veggie burgers salads for...my whole stay. There is a few options in the prepared foods counter but they are not amazing. Don't bother to eat there, it's quite limited in space. Take out is the best option. Lots of choices for cookies, chips. spreads....etc to purchase. Good: -Prices are similar to any health food store in Quebec -Good options for vegans if you need to buy some groceries -lots of parking available nearby -the staff is friendly Bad: -prepared foods are not really good (taste wise, it's quite poor) -not a lot of space or tables available to eat there, take out is a better option -service is super slow, be patient!"

"8 of us ate here last week. My wife and I were not very hungry, so we decided to share a meal. Owner indicated this would cost $5 (to share). In my 50+ years, I've never seen this before. I would have gone elsewhere but...my friends were ordering. Owner was quite curt about the whole thing. Restaurant was REALLY REALLY hot. I could barely tolerate the heat. They need som A/C or at least a fan to move the air out. There were a few tables outside but not enough for our group. Food was tasty but very small portions. I would not go back."
