"During my DTW-Layover, I decided to try Mezza for the first time. Despite my arrival towards their closing time, my server was both polite and friendly, and I sat right away. I ordered the chicken sawarma and pommes, along with a coke. My meal came out within ten minutes and I was pleasantly surprised with the freshness of the contents of the pack and its gun. Maybe a small Bland, the Pickles added some beautiful zing. The creamy garlic sauce was somewhat less than hoped for, perhaps because it solidified in the refrigerator, and the frits were hot, but could season a little. The coke had a little strange to taste, but that could be because my taste buds are a bit away, as I live elsewhere with another water supply. Overall a decent place to enjoy a decent meal while in the middle of the trip!"

"I didn't check reviews first, and if I had, I probably wouldn't have been here. But I thought the food was pretty good and the staff was friendly and nice. I have the chicken shawarma with pommes and both were great! In addition, they made my order in about 4 minutes, which was a plus, because I ran late."

"Great food, especially for an airport. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options, and the menu is clearly labeled. The French fries and falafel sandwich are very good. I appreciate the menu options considering airports are usually hard for me (a vegan) to eat at. The food came fast and the service was good. Servers were very friendly and prompt. Drinks are a bit expensive, but it?s the airport."
