"After reading the reviews about the same thing on repeat along with the manager replying with the same answer as follows: Sorry for the disappointing experience, we will talk to the staff and improve communication that clearly isn't happening on any level. Honestly it's so sad that something so small can't get attention to be resolved and be able to improve business/customer service. Unfortunately I cannot leave less than a one star. Decided to go out for dinner checked in was told the wait was 30-40 we agreed to wait. After 30mins we started noticing people after us with large parties 6+ down to couples being seated, I went up to talk to the gal at the counter and got a bunch of excuses, the lady said well for some reason your name/number didn't register but it didn't take you off the list. I saw this and wasn't sure what happen...(so it didn't cross your mind to fix the issue? Just wait until someone comes up to question the wait? That's wild) So it's going to be another 20mins, we are quoting people 30-40mins. I fully understand what you are quoting people but all these people have come in after us and we are still standing here, not one single person left in this room came in before us. Just received more excuses!!! So my BF went up and talk to them to receive more excuses. She told him I am going down the list and you are next. She said at anytime you guys could have sat at the center section of the bar. As he replied at what moment was anybody going to mention that? From the time we checked in to going up to the front desk not once did anyone tell us that we could self seat in the middle. Right after he walked back over a couple was called back that came in much after us. So we walked out this place is an absolute joke and definitely needs to improve on customer service/communication on many levels!"

"We live in San Jose and we spend many weekends in different places in the bay area. One of our favorite places is Redwood City, one morning looking for where to have breakfast we discovered this place. The outdoor terrace is wide and they seated us quickly. My husband ordered eggs scrambles with bacon country potatoes with a toast and I went for the Farmhouse omelet with ground meat zucchini onions bell pepper mushrooms tomatoes and cheese with hash browns and a english muffin. I can't wait to spend another weekend there to enjoy breakfast again. I highly recommend this place for a casual moment with good food."

"Atmosphere was a bit Vegas-y with facades and different themed areas. I liked it. It was also not too loud. Food was inconsistent with our group. It is an odd mix of italian or asian. Some was good asian beef, pizza and pad thai), some salty fried rice), and some more artsy than tasty asian soup-shrimp dish). Service was good except our waitress recommended a glass of wine that was more than our meal $24). We didn't ask the price, so that's on us, but it was a surprise when the bill came. I would go here again if I was staying at the hotel, but I wouldn't make an effort to got there again otherwise."

"Skipped over twice while waiting by the host stand as if I were invisible. Then sat around for about 20 minutes before the waitress came over with waters and took our order. Then we were sat at a group table with other strangers like it was a pot luck. This place looks nice but the services is very sub par. On point with a McDonald’s how they treat their guest. Would not recommend."
