"Server, Elise was timely and pleaant.. I had some special requests which were simple. Please cook pasta well (soft) done, not compliant, a drink... with lots of ice, not done. Olive oil, cheap and flavorless. I was happy that the chicken was thigh until I saw that they had shredded it into threads. The place seemed clean, staff was pleasant. NO second trip."

"Love this place! Had the roasted carrots and bacon wrapped dates for appetizers and we shared a mushroom pizza (added sausage) for dinner. The pizza had a vinaigrette base that made it tangy and delicious. The wines were very nice. I recommend the Barbera. We finished the dinner off with Tiramisu. An all time favorite desert."

"Terrible and very unprofessional service. Started with being seated 20 minutes past our reservation time. Waitress immediately told us it would be a while. I told her we were celebrating a b day and looking forward to a special evening. She replied, good luck. My mother and n law (birthday girl) ordered a Manhattan with a twist came with a cherry. She asked for a twist instead of taking the drink back and making it right, they brought her a twist on a napkin. Took way too long for dinner to arrive. Waitress brought a second plate of bread as she didn’t want us to “famish”. Also, small but very noticeable, the lighting was way too bright. Ridiculous considering there are so many excellent restaurants in Portland."
