"Food was absolutely delicious as always. I?m a regular here and I always have a positive experience. I was gong to write a review today but then I came across a recent negative review and since I don?t have the ability to reply to it, I have toaddress it like this. Today I came to pick up my order and there was a lady there that was getting mad and yelling at the staff.She even began telling other customers including me to leave the store and do not eat here. I was honestly horrified at herbehaviour. It was absolutely disgusting. She claimed that she found hair in her food which was quite ironic as all the staff hadhairnets on. Moral of the story, I was just shocked by the way people can treat small businesses, and take advantage of theirposition as a customer by threatening them and then go even a step further by writing a negative review with false informationthat people may actually believe. I?m just really upset because I was present at the moment this happened at the restaurant Iwitnessed this lady?s behaviour and it was disgraceful. The owner asked her to leave but she insisted. I hope that we can all bemore respectful of each other."

"I've been going to Souvlaki Hut since 2000, when it was just the one original restaurant in Clarkson. Back then the price was reasonable, the food was delicious, and the service (by Nick) came with a smile. We went at least once a week.Now the food has strayed so far from the original that it is unrecognizable. The tzatziki could just as well be cream cheese, there is no flavor. The salad is wilted and the dressing too sparse and with not enough vinegar (Nick used to dress the salad by hand and he always got it right). The feta is like dust. The spanakopita used to be so fresh, moist and tasty. Now it's just a square of nothingness. It's so frustrating to see something that used to be so good turn into something so bland. This location in particular is really not good. Clarkson is still decent."

"The food was good but I wouldn't come back because the service was awful. The server was actually rude and so was the hostess. He tried to sway us into not waiting for a table by telling us the waiting time is over an hour when it took 20 min... The patio concept is nice but the tables are very close to each"
