"Great place to eat. Eating is always fantastic. Open seating area makes it loud and hard to hear sometimes, but not so much you can hear other people screaming without them. Only a higher ambient noise. But food and service were incredible and their tapas delectable."

"Didn't even get the chance to be seated. Waited over 25 minutes, no one greeted us, the cooks were in the back eating while prepping food for to go orders. There was one person running the checkout who never acknowledged we were there, along with the 2 parties before us. Another customer came in who'd placed a curbside order and told someone he'd called 20 minutes prior from outside and no one's been out yet. One employee came in from the parking lot as we were leaving... Then finally we were very coldly told there was only one server working tonight. Probably would have stayed had someone actually greeted us or communicated. I get everyone's short staffed right now, which is why I waited so long in the first place. But the lack of any kind of acknowledgement isn't called for."

"The location is beautiful, the café is inside the arcade. The place is very clean and the staff was very friendly. This review is based on the to-go order of large cappuccino. The drink was very weak and bland, it tasted like warm milk. When reviewing the product online, I received the following response from the management (the message is condescending and rude): Every coffee place is different so wherever you go always ask about the number of shots in your drink before you order, especially if you like stronger drinks. Our “for here” cappuccino is served in a 6oz porcelain cup with a double shot. It’s twice as strong as what many would call a traditional cappuccino. Our 8oz and 12oz to-go cappuccinos both have double shots so the larger one is weaker coffee-wise. This is perhaps unnecessarily complicated so we rely on our baristas to convey this as needed. We serve a pretty wide-swath of palates. If you’re disappointed here or anywhere, please ask your service person to fix the problem. You’ll find most people in hospitality are willing to bend over backwards so that you’ll be happy with their work. Thanks for giving us a try and sorry we disappointed you."

"I like the wraps and smoothies here but their staff is sometimes super unfriendly. Went two times this week and met the same staff who looked unhappy and unfriendly. This morning the staff didn’t say a word to me just looked at me waiting for I tell what I want to order and my phone number on my own initiative. I was not expecting a conversation but a smile and welcoming and “Hello what can I get for you today” are just very common in other restaurants. I think I’ll be back giving the delicious wraps, but staff altitude towards customers is certainly a thing they need to work on"
