"Have walked past this patisserie countless times, went in this time on a whim n was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service topped off w tasty goodies. Menage a trois 3.5/5, a threesome of love longing n lust (belgium white choc, milk n dark choc), as good as it looks. White choc cheese cake 3.75/5, well this takes the cake literally, you’d expect it to be a little heavy which it was but somehow decadent. Loved it. Tiramisu, did not get to bite. Chicken mornay pie 2.75/5, no biggie this one, best stick w their dessert range."

"We just wanted a quick bite and it was a bit fancy! Might go back without kids. In saying that, staff were very kid friendly brought high chair, crayons etc.<br/ <br/ Great food, really enjoyed our pizza pasta. <br/ <br/ Dine in prices are much higher (40% than takeaway which we didn't realise until being seated, after looking at the menu online; so in hindsight we would have chosen to take away.<br/ <br/ Will definitely order from here again."

"I stopped in with friends for lunch and we decided to try a few different dishes and share. There was a lunch special on which meant the dishes we picked were only $10 each, rather than the usual price of $16-$17, so it was exceptionally good value. My favourite dish was the Goddess Salad which had the creamiest Persian feta with lots of dried cranberries and crunchy pepitas on top of mixed greens with a tangy lemon, lime and olive oil dressing. The Margherita pizza was quite a decent size and the crust was beautifully light and crisp. The Mushroom Linguine had a fairly light sauce rather than a traditional creamy mushroom sauce and it was initially a little bland. After a little seasoning with the salt paper grinders on the table, the flavours really lifted and I really enjoyed the dish. Service was quick and friendly too."

"I would never have visited this restuarant but I was there for a group dinner. The location is Terrible right next to a service station off the the m7 made me feel like I was dining at a roadhouse. Parking also not good. Despite this, the Primavera pizza was fantastic! Bit hard to pick up and eat but delicious nonetheless. I would certainly go back for that pizza alone. <br/>Entree of stuff mushrooms and soft shell crab were both enjoyable, mushrooms could have done with more salt. <br/>Nutella pizza was also enjoyable. <br/>Poor attitude of a female staff at the register when paying was a unwelcome reminder of the location and feeling like I was in a roadhouse.<br/>Wait staff were fantastic though."

"*Thank you Spooning Australia for this invite to this gem of a venue . Borruso’s in Crow’s Nest is a smallish eatery with dishes full of heart and heartiness. We were greeted from a team of staff that acted like a family and treated you as such as you walked in the door as well."

"Friendly place that serves amazing coffee. No other place in Crows Nest St Leonards seems to be using Danes Specialty Coffee beans (a must try if you like your coffee! and if you're an oat milk lover, they use Califia which I think is even better than Oatly! Help a great cafe especially during these tough times"
