"I took a friend for a treat that I also had been looking forward to. The food was wonderful, coffee great. The ambiance "nordic charm" and the stone fire oven lends such warmth and homeiness that there is a promise of a truly welcoming and delicious experience. Well the food was delicious! 5 stars, just marvelous, but the staff were so sullen and unwelcoming it bordered on incivility. No eye contact or connection of any kind, Take you order, ring it up, go take your seat. Dismissive. Obviously they are very hardworking and industrious lot and I laud them for that, but being met with blank stares and little acknowledgement that you too are a human presence is no way to enjoy a meal. The staff seem very unhappy. SO sorry to have to write this, but I though you should know. A happy patron's experience starts at the door."

"The actual espresso in my drink was nice and my breakfast sandwich was good. Unfortunately the milk in my drink was scalded so the whole thing tasted burnt. The ordering system was also confusing. No names or numbers were given and I watched multiple people get the wrong order or have an order missed. Seems strange to be so close to great but really fail on the details."

"Recommended by a friend who claims it's his favourite and is spoiled now cause no other burger is as good. And boy is he right. Started with the atlas burger. Superb. Bought a rocket burger to go back to the hotel. Even hours later is was an awesome burger."
