"In herrenhaus möckern, peter niemann not only leads the restaurant "the distillery", which has impressed us at various visits, but - as a gourmet restaurant - also "the residenz". to make it short: peter niemann and his team became more than just the expectations he woke with us!But in detail: the atmosphere of the residency has something quiet, almost intimate. the facility combines the classic ambiente of the house gently and convincingly with modern elements. the hospitable may feel comfortable, he is caresed by an attentive and competent, but never intrusive service. we trusted on a surprise menu, with niemann in advance asking for specialties of the guests to exclude possible unpopular surprises. the menu, which included (including the greetings from the kitchen) at the end of 10 passages, showed the band width of the house, starting from fish in various variants, meat and also sweetness to a wonderful dessert. each gang had a very own character, was very successful in the presentation and blended harmoniously into the whole menu. the focus was clearly on German and Bretonian influences, which niemann excellently translate and combine. fresh high-quality ingredients are combined into individual taste experiences that are genuinely cooked without a kiss. so from the relatiw inconspicuously acting tatar from the Aubrac-Rind with auster, a little special experience for me: the smell reminded me of a day at the sea on a windy cliff in the bretagne. the taste also led me to france. can you ask for more? the weeping recommendations for eating were very good, as the weeping card is very appealing. the prices are raised, which, in view of the fact that no particular mention was required. at the end of the evening we were passed by the friendly peter niemann, pleasantly saturated, happy from a beautiful evening and in the sureness to come back to a small culinary holiday."

"English menu available when you ask. Gluten free items clearly marked and soooo many schnitzel options. Worth going if you have never had gluten free schnitzel before but if you have then it’s mediocre quality. Large portions and casual atmosphere."

"Eigentlich ein ganz netter Laden, der aber unter Personalmangel leidet. Wir waren zweimal zum Frühstücken dort und jedes Mal wäre es mit mehr als einer Servicekraft ein entspanntes Frühstück ohne allzu lange Wartezeiten gewesen, aber so war es nervig, da alles ziemlich lange gedauert hat und das, was zusammen gehörte, meist nicht zusammen kam. Dafür waren die Mitarbeiterin aber noch erstaunlich freundlich.Positiv hervorzuheben sind die gemütlich Einrichrung, die gute Auswahl und das ordentliche Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis."

"I was amazed by the variety of vegan cheese and vegan meat they offered 5€; 22cm). I ordered a vegan pizza mista and added vegan tuna and a vegan pizza hollandaise. The pizzas were very yummy but the cheese are kind of the same and I couldn’t really identify any hollandaise sauce."

"Dieses Lokal gehört zu unseren absoluten Lieblingsrestaurants. Die Einrichtung ist sehr ansprechend - wir fühlen uns immer sehr wohl, wenn wir hier herkommen. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und das Wichtigste... es schmeckt immer sehr gut. Absolut empfehlen können wir als Vorspeise die Champignons in Metaxa Sauce mit Käse und als Hauptgericht den Herkulesteller.Fazit: --》 nur zu empfehlen"
