"I would like to think that I’m not one to complain unnecessarily but I feel like I have to this time. Our first few pizzas from here were out of this world and the kebabs were amazing. The third Pizza was also amazing, to the point where I couldn’t believe it wasn’t meat. Turns out it was meat. They apologised and sent out a second vegan pizza. This happened twice. Today I thought I’d give them one last try. I ordered at 8:30pm. And 10:30 my delivery arrived. I’d ordered a vegan chicken Kiev pizza and the pizza arrived with ham on it and no chips, so was clearly the wrong order. I’ve asked for a refund as by now it’s too late to eat anything. Like I said, I like to give places the benefit of the doubt but I am worried that vegans should be wary of this place and always double check. I’d hate for others to get meat instead of vegan alternatives. I’ve learned my lesson and will not be ordering again. Update: Was sent a text within about 10 minutes of informing the delivery driver that I wanted a refund. Should be refunded within 5 days. I appreciate this speedy response so wanted to make note on here. Still won’t chance it again. Updated from previous review on 2020-08-25"

"I ordered 2x the beef burger sliders. They were very reasonably priced at £12 in total. The quality was superb. Some of, if not the best burgers I’ve had in Newcastle. Will definitely be ordering again!"

"Wow, wow and more wow. papa ganoush has my taste buds in a never before! when they get the chance to go directly to one of the food markets, they present their food or delight their new restaurant opening. I had the chicken sharwarma and it was fucking delicious! each ingredient tasted heavenly and together to make one of the best food they try to live in their whole. that must be one of my favorite foods now, so much taste it was amazing! the next time I came to the jesmond food market, I bring the rest of my family to experience delicious hospitality of papa ganoush :d"

"Decided something thing different from starbucks. In the morning thought I'd try this place. 1st impressions were really good place looks quirky very clean plenty of good seating outside down stairs and up stairs. Staff very friendly well dressed in uniform. when entered everything looks well stocked and cleaned. Also very easy access if your disabled Toilets were emulate and again well stocked with toilet paper and loo roll. Although they were up stairs not sure if they have disabled toilets on ground floor. Coffee was a little over priced but not by much of your comparing prices to local cheap places. however probaly one of the best raspberry mochas I've had. And worth the price. Food was absolutely pefect had the eggs royale cooked to pefection well presented and sauce was delicious. Can't wait to cone back here try out more of there food and coffee. Overall can't fault the place although little more expensive than other places if your on a budget if your looking for high quality food and coffee that u would get from top restaurants then Come here very reasonable price if your comparing this place to higher well known establishments. great value for money for what u get and quality of food and coffee is second to one definitely be coming vback and if you not poped in yet u need to you won't be disappointed"
