"Embedded in the South Side, this inconceivable restaurant has amazing food. The kitchen is eclectic with French influence. The place is small and cozy. The service is wonderful and the menu is hand-picked and fresh. It is BYOB, which also adds a level of charm. Very recommended!"

"A hole in the wall that is worth exploring. I'm not sure what I was expecting from a church converted into a brew house, but it is a fun and respectful environment. Beers are on point. Food is above average in general and extremely good for a brew house. I can't imagine the fish fries they have during lent. A fun place to go for a quick drink or a nice dinner."

"I just got two things from the menu, but they're so good that I order them again and again. the chicken-shawarma wrap and the mujaddara. I highly recommend this place if they are looking for something really good takeout. Maybe. I'll try something else."

"Next stop on my CityPaper Burger Month journey. Bigelow Grille, Inside the Doubletree Hotel, downtown. The offering, Sheer Burger: lamb burger with tomato chutney, arugula, and whipped feta cheese. All I can say is, Amazing! Enjoy!"

"Cacik, (apparently it is pronounced jajik) was a nice variation of tzatziki. perfect pita brot. crispy and warm, but still soft. had the Rumi salad and the sweet and aubergine plate. portions are not huge on the plate, but the rice and the aubergines were so well cooked was a tasty bite. the falafel was crispy, but not dry! beautiful music and a sweet waiter to help with descriptions of some directed that we did not know! 5/5"
