"Our car club had an executive dinner at Astros to celebrate the end of the elected term for some of the executive. I made the reservation about two weeks in advance and called to confirm the day before, excellent no problems. The staff was great, had a separate area reserved for us, nice and quiet and off by ourselves. The event was on a Wednesday evening so the place was not super busy but people coming and going on a regular basis. The service was excellent, all of the meals arrived pretty much together. The food was excellent. I had the lasagna, my wife liver and bacon, couple across the table had veal cutlets and liver and onions. I had lots of comments from the group as to how good everything was. This restaurant is family owned and run and has been in the same location for 38 years, tucked away in a strip mall in West Edmonton. If you are looking for some great comfort food, this is the place. Highly recommended."

"Always amazing the food is simple but done well and the packaging keeps things so hot. Love the chefs feature pizza and will always keep coming back for the amazing pasta. Tiramisu was super decadent as well and perfect portion!"

"Every time I'm at this place, it feels like I've come here since the last few years and the employees know who I am and are excited to see me. to clarify, they don't do it, but also while they are from the kitchen they feel, as they just arrived at nonnas for Sunday evening dinner. that eating is ineffective, portions are generous and you are underwriting alone would be my last meal if I had to choose one. best italian I had so far in edmonton."

"We made the open table reservation and 1 hour before I got a call to say that those for renovations were closed, had to scramble to find another restraunt to go. I wasn't impressed. if they knew that they would be closed open table should have been updated."
