"We want to try a new place for a birthday dinner. When we entered DeVivo Bros. Eatery we read a sign that stated “Grab a menu and jump in line”. Ok, we found the menus and stood in line at the front entrance but we couldn’t see any lines. There were 5 young girls working behind the counter laughing, drinking, and chatting but nobody spoke to us. After a couple of minutes of waiting and standing around I walked to he back of the restaurant and asked about seating. The young lady said “oh you order first and then find a seat”. I asked about the “jump in line” and she informed me the queue starts at the back cash register. I informed her that I was looking for an “order here” sign or something to direct customers where to go and she stated “we try to keep things casual, next time you’ll know what to do”. We sat down to read the menu and my wife (who has 20 years experience working in the food industry) stated they have 6 employees behind the counter, only 3 tables occupied, and nobody cares if we eat here or not. We left the table and walked out with zero engagement from the employees. I’m guessing there was no manager on duty or the owners were not present."

"DeVivo is a must stop restaurant in Keller. We have had Sunday brunch there several times and the Juevos Rancheros is always a hit. My boys had the spaghetti with meatballs this time, which they said was great. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, which was a good chicken sandwich, but there wasn’t much Nashville Hot to it. We’ll definitely be back to try more."
