"On a rainy afternoon I came for a bite to eat and was not disappointed. I reserved online which I would strongly recommend. Despite it being incredibly busy, I was seated at the bar whilst they cleaned my table. They also called me by name which was a lovely personal touch. Delicious fish and chips that was pipping hot! Staff very efficient and friendly, highly recommend!"

"I love the Ping Pong chain but this branch I would not recommend. Service was slow a couple drinks we ordered a gin and tonic that required a cucumber, they couldn’t make it because there was no cucumbers! We ordered some ginger cake this should have been served with vanilla icecream. It was served with chocolate ice cream. We sent it back. Hate chocolate icecream. There was a Waitrose across the road"

"We couldn't hear the waiter in reverse. From the menu ordered to say that they don't have what we wanted. Sirloin Steak was not medium rare, as was asked bad quality meat. May the minute steak have also ordered."

"Honestly, save your money, The manager admitted the lobster roll was not worth close to the price given how small it was (the manager said they lose money on it because they fly it in i would suggest if this is what you want, go to burger/lobster) . there weren't even burgers the day we were there. this place feels like a complete tourist trap. crazy that in london in places like this can get away with this atrocious value."
