"A super mediocre experience getting takeout. I ordered coconut chicken curry but got home to find that it was regular curry, not coconut. The dish had a fat layer of oil floating on top, which I had to spoon off. The flavor was not bad though. The rice, as you can see in the picture, was grossly over cooked and all just a big mushy clump. My daughter liked the pad Thai. I thought it was meh."

"I've been to Burma Superstar a few times now, and their quality of food and service has stayed the same topnotch. You can't make online reservations, so you have to get there and join their waitlist. We went for dinner on a weekday and had to wait 15 20 minutes to get seated. Our server was nice, friendly, and attentive. He suggested some good items from the menu. The chili lamb was the highlight of our dinner. It was so good that we ended up ordering another regular chili lamb dish. Though I wish there was more lamb than the chili. The lamb was juicy, and the dish was spicy. The oh noh kauser soup was creamy, zesty and delicious. The noodles were very soft as well. Sesame tofu was packed with flavors. It was sweet and tangy as described in the menu and tofu was cooked well. The superstar noodle salad was very flavorful and refreshing. It's a cold salad. Overall, it was a great experience. This place never disappoints."

"Update: I recently returned, but was quite disappointed by the meal. I ordered a lunch special: green curry w/ tofu and a side of soup. Pricewise, lunch is quite decent. However, the flavors really lacked. The tofu itself was as good as I remembered (very good!, but the curry itself was tasteless; it was extremely watery and even lacked a touch of herbs or spice. I'll probably give them another try if someone shows it for a lunch or dinner, but I don't see that I'm coming back here alone. I was just here once. I ordered the Tofu-Curry, and I was pretty impressed. The tofu they used was really good. Also, you can be sure that there is nothing fishing in your food you expressly say on their website and menu that they do not use fish sauce in one of their dishes. It is nice to have this insurance, especially since Thai food can be dice for vegans for this reason. Updated by the previous review on Monday, 10. August 2015"

"The food is good but I would not say great as I have had better. The price is more than I think it should be. If I happen to be in the area and crave for the food, I would go. Otherwise I will skip. Though the service was great. Very attentive."
