"You've gotta love the Lavaux for its views on the lake and mountains. Funnily, there aren't that many restaurants where you get to enjoy both the view and the food. Terra Rossa is such a place, nested in the tennis club and surrounded by pines...and bushes. The food is Mediterranean with a bias towards the Italian cuisine. We had a parmigiana with a salad, and a pizza. The execution was perfect. We also had the wine of the month which was better than what is usually served as such. The evening was made even more enjoyable by the staff who was very friendly, attentive to your needs and quick. The restaurant would've therefore deserved a rating if it wasn't for the interior design, which is a bit simple and cold (then again, we're in a tennis club), and not of utmost cleanliness several seats were covered in scraps of food that must have been wiped down from the table, and there's no good excuse for that."
