"I will gladly see Texas Roadhouse General Manager Tim C. to turn my frit into a smile. I ordered a salmon to go at 6:00 and had to cook it over 3 times because it was cooked and burned. It was obvious that it was another cook, because other nights I ordered the same dish and it was cooked to perfection 3 nights in a row. I talked to the manager and explained how I like my food, and yet it came out exactly the same. I just wanted to force myself to eat it, but the flavors I use were easy?t there. So I turned around to the first taste and only wanted to get my money back because it was over an hour at that time, but see, Tim worked the night I thought he had to go for this. I explained Tim my problem and how I prefer to cook my salmon, it was so refreshing because we spoke the same language. Not only did he apologize for taking care of it personally. He didn't give me a star like something was wrong with me like some of the other employees. Tim brought my food and I was so happy because everything he did differently than the other manager it worked in my favor because the salmon was made beautiful in the exact way I like it and the sides were fresh and tasty! If the service personnel had caught Tim when I asked about the second salmon, my problem would have been solved before 3 salmon!!! I was so glad I had to hug Tim!! Texas Roadhouse has not lost a customer!!! Tim Thank you for taking care of me!! I will come back as usual and I know if Tim is present I know I want to be disappointed!!! And for the cook it perfectly cooked thanks also!!!"

"Older building, but clean. We arrived at 5:30. We sat fast. When we left an hour and a half later, the tables were all full. The Shane server was very well informed about the menu and gave recommendations. Our tea glass was never empty and the food was hot when it was served. The catch of the day was black red fish. It was very good. We will return."

"One of my favorite places for a good steak. The waiting staff is always friendly and great with the children. Food is delicious and has always come out quickly. They provide a never-ending supply of hot rolls and butter to go with your meals and every time we go, I have never been able to empty my glass completely before a fresh is delivered to ensure that my drink never expires."
