"Although they messed up my reservation but they made it up by offering a patio table, it was a little bit cold outside but it's ok. Service was quick and I believe Robert was waiting our table. I was very happy with his service. He was polite, friendly and helpful. He was regularly checking our outdoor area. Our food was delicious. We ordered steaks, grilled shrimp, grilled salmon, fried onions, French onion soup, green salad, chicken tortilla soup. Our overall experience was very good. Despite the valentine day dinner rush, we were very well taken care of. I liked the patio dining area, it will be great in summer."

"My husband and I took our nephew out for Christmas dinner and let him pick the place. What a great choice he made. It had been several years since we had gone here and it was such a pleasant surprise. We were seated right away and our server Rick was prompt and attentive. Had our drink orders delivered to us within minutes. Took our orders right away and his suggestions were spot on. I had the ribeye steak rare with mashed potatoes and green beans, my husband had the jumbo blackened shrimp with brown rice and our nephew had the Chicken piccata with Angel hair pasta and green beans. Everything was perfect, we really enjoyed our meals, in fact cleaned all our plates the food was so good. Then onto dessert. I had the cheesecake with strawberries and cream, and my nephew had the carrot cake. The best carrot cake we've ever had. The place is pricey but I will say well worth it for what you get and the service you receive. Five stars from all of us!"

"I went to the Urban Press Winery Restaurant last night. Boy that place has really come into its own. It’s a legit Italian cucina. I’m pretty wine snobby. Their 2017 Grenache Blanc was light and bright. Nice balance of fruit and dryness. It paired perfectly with the Caesar’s salad. For the main course I had a 2013 Black Label Cab. Which was big and rich and had lovely tannins and was perfect with the Spaghetti. The Caesar Salad was on point. The you could taste the delicate blend of anchovies with the parmigiano. There was no shortage of Parm shavings. I had the Spaghetti Bolognese which was some of the best I’ve has in Los Angeles. For desert we had the Tiramisu and poached pair. The tiramisu was good, but the pair was outstanding. We ate in the patio mezzanine which had a pair of swamp coolers for the heat and heaters for the cold. The large Italian murals created a lovely scene. The service was excellent and I look forward to going back soon."
