"6 of us went for dinner at “Le Bergerac” and we all enjoyed it. The wine list is fantastic, the service is wonderful and the food is so delicious. I loved that the ambiance was cosy, intimate and quiet. I will definitely go back there...next time I’m in the region."

"Good food, properly prepared and served. Ceasar salad was creamy, tasty, with good amount of bacon. Steak was blue as ordered, very tender, and flavourful. They provided roasted/grilled veg as requested in lieu of potato. All others in party had excellent food and service. You get what you pay and prices were reasonable."

"Stopped here for supper on a Sunday evening. The place was practically empty despite it being father's day. A day that I would think folks go out for dinner. I ordered the potage du jour. it was an excellent vegetable puree soup. I had a caesar salad which I found the dressing a bit too cloying. The croutons and bacon were nice. Hubby had a 6 ounce filet with a baked potato. He found the steak in some parts not to be as tender as expected for a filet. The baked potato came with nothing. Sour cream was requested and a small container (45ml) was brought to the table. On the bill, they charged $1.75 for the tiny amount of sour cream. I probably wouldn't go back here as the thing of the meal that was average or above was the soup."

"Greetings all, We ate dinner at this venue recently. We were really looking for a good steak and obviously should have looked harder. The place has a fun vibe, is obviously popular with locals and the service was pretty good' meaning it could have been...much better. Waitress was very busy! We both ordered steak and frites, and the frites were pretty good'. Steak was sad. It was done correctly re: order, just bland. No wow factor. We enjoyed our drink and ate our meal, and weren't sad to leave. The many happy patrons eating ribs and drinking draft beer were plentiful; the host was jovial; the rest just didn't work out for us."
