"On Sunday night I dined with my mother and partner spending hundreds of dollars. Food, service and drinks were fantastic.My partner left his phone at the table, when returning to the restaurant to retrieve it the blonde female host was hostile and rude. Refusing us both reentry. And told us to speak to the bus boy as if we knew who that was.My partner runs a restaurant and was appalled we were told no phone here and dismissed. I left a report at lost and found and finally Monday afternoon we purchased a new phone as his business relies on him.At 4pm I received a call and was told wrong number. At 420pm I was told they found the phone and my photo was the background which means they found it that evening as his battery was dead when we called it this morningNot only was your staff firstly WRONG they were rude, unprofessional and cost us $300.Please, make this right. We had a wonderful experience until your front staff and female front desk personnel ruined the evening for all. We won 't return or recommend."

"Underwhelming for the price Took the family here on a rainy Saturday for a family dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday. I had the Prime Rib. It was well presented, and cooked perfectly. However it lacked salt and the horseradish sauce/cream they provided tasted more like creme cheese, with barely any flavor. The side vegetables (zucchini and onions) were average but good, and the mashed potatoes were above average. My wife had the braised beef short ribs. The sauce was okay, the beef was excellent and flaky. One of my daughters had the stuffed chicken. The sauce was okay and crab was a little chewy. The last dish was the Fettuccine Carbonara. It was good, but not special. Despite being underwhelmed by the food, the service was excellent. Our server (Sara) was attentive and very nice. The hostess and manager were also very attentive and allowed for a nice evening."

"I hate to say this because this place is such a beautiful location, but the food and service were both terrible. I had some kind of crab dip as an app and it was so greasy it looked like something that came out of an oil pan. I figured, no big deal I just ordered the wrong thing. For the main course I ordered the garlic shrimp with potatoes and green beans. For you’d think it wouldn’t look like it came out of a microwave. But it did. Seemed like it was sitting under a heat lamp or something for a while. I tried it anyway nope potatoes were greasier than at a late night diner would serve. Waiter had his mask under his nose and just seemed irritated the whole time. My date’s pizza looked like it came out of a volcano. Trying to be polite I still tipped and everything, but was pretty peeved that I just spent a total of on food that I threw in the garbage. So yeah. Not a place I’ll be visiting again"

"Hosts need to seem more, happy, I’m a host myself and when you come in and the hosts are frowny faced and moon tone it’s not welcoming, they should get more training in the customer service aspect and learn to greet the guest properly to make them feel welcomed in the establishment. The steaks were good, the booths were big enough for 6 people to sit comfortably. Our server though seemed frazzled, it didn’t seem busy but she might have been and I would’ve expected management more then anyone to help the staff were it’s needed, like salads manager came by said he’d check on our food but when he came back he didn’t have the right salads for our table so one salad was dropped while we waited 10 more minutes for the other four salads. Neither mine nor my father in laws steak was med rare, it didn’t bother me but I could tell it slightly did him. My mother in law wanted a grasshopper blended, the server said the bartender can make a grasshopper not blended though, but my drink was blended and it wasn’t a grasshopper….It was a good night out with family, but we probably won’t come back here as a group."
