"Nous sommes arrivés à 19h45 et nous avons été servis à 21h15 pour manger des cuisses de grenouilles baignant dans une mixture grasse et "étonnante". Aucun geste commercial, une erreur sur l'addition, une vague excuse pour l'attente mais une mauvaise foie évidente pour un prix élevé. A déconseiller."

"Unrivalled view of lake and mountains. Exquisite innovative modern food. Service from the young team was expert and enthusiastic. The spell was broken when paying by card and I was presented with the device to accept the payment. I had not been asked whether I...wished to pay in pounds sterling, yet every other purchase we made in France had been automatically charged in Euros. Most would trustingly just press the green button on the proffered device but I checked the tiny print on the screen which invited me to accept a (truly dreadful) exchange rate. When I queried (and refused) this, the exquisitely-dressed maitre d'/patronne?, who had twice been noticeably heavy-handed in refilling our wine glasses, displayed neither concern nor surprise. She curtailed the sterling payment and redenominated it in euros, studiously evading eye-contact."
