"We’ve dined at the restaurant many times. The service seemed a bit off this time. We asked for small plates to split dessert and never got them, glasses ran dry for water and not sure that the waiter ever checked in to see how we were doing once the food arrived. Ladies restroom had hand towels on the floor at the entry. There was no trash can inside and ladies probably didn’t want to touch the door handle after their washing hands and trash inside was overflowing. Perhaps they were short handed?"

"Not your average steakhouse so expect to pay more for your steak. The payoff of course is the flavor and tenderness of the meat. Simply grilled over wood, seasoned with salt and pepper…perfect! The bread served is addicting you will order more for sure. I wish there were more seafood choices but the item’s are very good and well prepared. Same goes with the salad but also fresh and enjoyable. Been here twice not and would highly recommend this establishment. Wine and cocktails menu good choices, corkage fee is $50.00 per bottle with a two bottle max. The butcher shop is a plus and you should get something for take home to grill later. My only wish now is to one day meet Chef Curtis Stone in person to thank him."

"The food was amazing! Best meats I’ve ever had in my life. The salad bar was exceptional. The ambiance was very nice. The only thing that could have been better was our server. She only checked up on us once, never smiled, and walked away while I was trying to reorder my cocktail. She looked like she was not having a good time or maybe her shift wasn’t going as good but she definitely did not want to be working lol the people handing out the meats were way way nicer and more pleasant. I also made a reservation via this app and mentioned it was for a birthday, also mentioned to the front desk, and the server but there wasn’t anything special that came out or mention of it again."

"Awesome experience. The pork belly and bullgogi fries were wonderful, as were the ramen and the curries. What crowned the evening was our waiter Terry. It is a pleasure to see someone put that little bit extra in. He was very informative on the menu but left us in peace to enjoy ourselves. Also a very genuine guy. Would be back in a heartbeat."

"First of all, we had to remind the hostess that we were waiting to be sat and apparently she sat a different couple with our reservation. We then asked to move indoors because it was cold and the host asked us to carry our own food to our table which was at the far end of the restaurant. To top it off the burger we ordered was dry. We sent the food back, got the check and left. Very unsatisfying experience."
