"We lucked out, not having reservations on a Friday evening. Reservations are recommended, as this establishment fills up. We had a lovely dinner with bright flavorful Antipasti, a reasonably priced Primitivo, Linguini Calamari, and Pesto Chicken Linguini. Food was excellent with beautiful presentation. Service was good. The Tiramisu looked amazing, but we were already beyond satIsfied. We'll definitely return, leaving room for dessert."

"Reasonably priced average quality food. Cannelloni with spinach average commercial tasting filling. Pasta with broccoli 'scotto ' (pasta way overcooked). Best part of the meal was the mozzarella di bufala salad with rocket and tomato, but that 's not really cooking! Mozzarella was good. The words 'fatta in casa ' were dotted around the place here but don 't be fooled. Fine if you need a pizza or a quick late meal and are not fussy about quality. Bill came to 42 euro for mozzarella salad, 2 mains and 1/2 litre red wine."

"My absolute favorite restaurant. they just feel comfortable. I recommend the lamb plate (medium ordered) or the lamb fillet (extra request: sose lightly sharp.) who can make it, takes a mixed appetizer: no salad or chi-chi, but honestly, homemade small delicacies for little money."

"Ideal for an upscale romantic evening. It is very quiet; you can talk quietly and listen very well. There is a wide selection of exquisite fish dishes. The waiters are not only friendly and attentive, but also very competent."

"I find the quality of food and the ambience in the fishing port excellent. Here price and performance are still right and the staff is also great. Parking nearby is currently free. Super view of the port. You can watch the entrance and exit of Ro Ro Ferries! See you next time!"

"Until the beginning of the Corona-Pandemie, this farm, which branches off from the Wahmstraße in the city centre of Lübeck, was the new brewery, which ran very successfully with its concept as a combination of coffee specialties house and Deli. Even I had already written a visit to this place in the To-Do list, but this project had to be ad-acta after the first lockdown, as the operators unfortunately decided to close permanently. The more surprised I was in the summer of this year when I discovered that a new gastronomic plant is now located in these rooms. Fortunately, the information on the Jawed 's Remise website promised a new change in the restaurant landscape Lübeck. In my knowledge, Central Asia and above all Afghan cuisine cannot yet be tried. So it's great that I didn't have to worry about the missed opportunity with the new brewery, but I could look forward to new culinary impressions in the successor Jawed 's Remise. The new operators have maintained the basic concept of the predecessor as far as possible. The uncoated brick facade has remained as well as the iconic wall tiles and the long, curved stairs at the entrance. There, where the large shelves were filled with all kinds of coffee in the New Rösterei, there is now a large winery. The clear shapes and the abandonment of the buckle in the interior also resemble the predecessor. The seats are also simple, but in good condition. For a special evening restaurant, the design may be less suitable, but it is quite sufficient for a full-day gastronomy with a relaxed atmosphere. However, I would have liked to reflect the central Asian character of the dishes offered here also in some authentic accessories, because the sign of his former “New Roasting” jumped over the counter. Interior view. It goes without saying that the courtyard is also used as a free-seat seat, with the simple seating areas in this historic ambience probably need a reconciliation. The courtyard overlooking the restaurant.s During my visit, a young man was familiar with the service. He got me so kind that he offered me a table as a spontaneous guest and even kept the door when I left. He could also convince me with his knowledge of the food offer that he showed me in a curious question about the choice of spices. His performance deserves the full score absolutely. As mentioned, the restaurant does not seem to decide clearly between a classic evening restaurant and a restaurant for the whole day, because on the one hand breakfast is offered in various variations in the morning, on the other hand there is also a classic division in appetizer, main and dessert with kitchen open for the evening hours. While the breakfast variations are continental or German and therefore not exceptional, the map for the further meals of the day offers many dishes from the Central Asian region that were unknown to me. Filled dough bags, called Sambosa, and baked in pastries called "Pakora" are certainly still a term. The main foods with Ragouts Qorme from various compositions and central Asian classics such as “Ashak” pasta filled with porridge, meat ragout and yoghurt sauce or “Shola” rice with beef chopped eggs in spicy tomato sauce and yogurt, on the other hand promise many ways to try new dishes. This afternoon I decided for an equally interesting little meal: “Shorbah” as afghan soup with lamb, carrots, chickpeas and bread cubes for 8.5€. ‘Shorbah’: Afghan soup with lamb, carrots, chickpeas and bread cubes. Steam hot served in a deep bowl, the dish that was designed as a one-pot immediately fell with the larger dice of fluffy, homemade bread on its surface. In fact, the rough pieces were roasted to my surprise even like Croûtons and had such a red crust, while at the same time they absorbed the taste of the soup. I liked that. The broth itself held with its plastered spiciness, which promised the color. Pit or sharp, she wasn't there, but that wasn't so announced. On my curious demand, the friendly man from the service showed that Cumin, coriander and cardamom are also essential spices of this food. That also confirmed me absolutely tasteful. That the coriander sometimes had something to clarify tips for me, I appreciate more than personal preference than a mistake in preparation. The other ingredients mentioned are then available at the bottom of the reddish. The treasures of the Shorbah. The chickpeas still had beautiful bites. The lamb was of course not tender like a pink fried fillet, but nevertheless by no means tough and also tastefully not overdue by the spices of the broth. I was glad to have made this choice, because it was really a successful, varied effect that would certainly not have made any joy in bad taste and preparation. I wanted to remove the bowl until the last rest. On the bottom the Jawed 's Remise could justify my tense anticipation during this first visit. The ambience would be the only point with real point withdrawal, as something more authenticity and own character simply lacks in this oriental orientation. On the other hand, the service with natural friendliness and locality remains positive to me. My first trip to this culinary region with the Afghan soup was also a great surprise. Only with regard to the price-performance ratio I can not give a full score for me, as for such a smaller one-pot port of 8.5 € a tick is too high compared to my previous experience in other gastronomy. I want to order again. In any case, this gives me more than enough reasons to come back and then try one of the equally exciting main dishes."
