"Not as good as it used to be. The bread tastes mass produced. Not the fresh crusty loaf I expected. The French fries were also not as good. The first order came out lukewarm. The second order was good but not delicious I could stop eating them. I also got a takeout order and they gave me no bread, no utensils, no napkins and they forgot the dessert. When I went back they gave me 2 to make up for it. Overall a bit disappointing."

"We were here to celebrate a meilenstein birthday. we have often denied ourselves in north italia, but unfortunately this time was not great. eating took a long time to get out, we hardly saw our waiters for water replenishment and waited extremely long to get the leak. I had to get up and ask the hostess for the check, because not a single waiter was seen on the floor of the restaurant. pizza came uncut, salat came out wrong and we were accused twice as it had just taken off at this point completely. disappointing experience."

"Everything was great. Grade: A- Jackson lives up to the outstanding reputation of his siblings in the Great American Restaurants Group. In a recent conversation about their restaurants with a chef in a local high-end facility, we both said that they share an important property – consistency. Jackson met the standard with ease. The service is excellent, with all waiting staff extremely competent and ready to help. It's a bit loud, especially on the bar side, its only drawback in our book. But the food is and should be why you want to come here. Every dish was designed by someone who knew food and prepared by someone who knew how to prepare it. Beginning with the appetizers, deviled eggs with seasoned pecans sugar cured bacon were addicted, with a strange combination of flavors that works beautifully. Crispy sweet mad kalamari were wonderful and plentiful. It is rare that I will be blown away from a salad, but Billy's chop house salad, mixed greens with a number of ingredients, including fresh corn from the cob, has an incredible buttermilk herbal dressing that almost had I lick the remains. Grouping fingers, represented as fish chips, were perfect. Not less exquisite was the huge part of the main rib, even better made with her grated horseradish. Every aspect of the meal was immaculate, and it would take a mere mention of Jackson to bring me back."

"It's funny how to get from Open Table dinged when you don't show up for your reservation, but there are ZERO communication from Open Table when you make a reservation and you show up to the restaurant and find it is permanently closed. And there are other groups who also made a reservation in front of the restaurant that scratches their heads. So I'd say yes. It was a negative one-star experience. Not existent."

"Food was great, enjoyed the ambiance. Waiter was beyond brusque. He would be gone for 20-30 minutes and wouldn’t come back or answer any questions and when he did come back, he would say one word and literally run off before we could say anything or ask for things."
