"We had dinner there both nights during our short stay in St Laurent du Verdon. We found the staff really friendly and it was a great place to eat! A great atmosphere, great menu. Great food! Very good value for money. Did not have to...wait long to be served. Highly recommend it."

"My family and I have been in this part of the Provence holiday for more than years since I was a child. So please understand that these review and my opinions of la remise may be associated with a degree of nostalgia. I'm a passionate cook, eating is my life, and that's really my favorite restaurant on the planet. I can't remember exactly when we started coming to la remise, but it's enough to say that I have a (almost) annual regular for several decades. I now bring my wife and children every year without fail into the Provence, and la remise has become a favorite with my wife and two sons. the first visit of the holiday must always be a large salami pizza, not a cheese. the subsequent visits always consist of lamb cuts, served with flaming thymian, without doubt from the local hills. and a plate of frit. and always, the garlic salad. pretty sure that it is the same family that serves me all these years. here I would have my last meal. there are really no words."
