"Very average food. The short rib tacos made my son and nephews sick, they vomited in the night. The service and attention was very bad and slow except for the sommelier or captain who treated us very well. For the quality of the hotel and the name of the restaurant, I think the experience was bad. We paid too much for the bad restaurant. The only redeeming features were the wine, crab tacos and the salads. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3"

"Great bartenders anchor this friendly spot with a nice mix of ever changing chatty characters at the long bar. A great selection of beer, wines and spirits are available to complement the food or just to e joy at the bar. Only tried the Jambalaya which I enjoyed but Cajuns might not view it quite the same. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food."

"We had lunch there today, and we both enjoyed what we ordered - the veggie burger and the hamburger. Veggie burgers are notoriously hard to make interesting, but this one certainly is. My friend also thought his burger was very good, and we both found the fries much better than normal: crisp outside, creamy inside. The owner, who came and talked with us for a while, told us the secret is double frying, sounds right to me. The restaurant has been in this new location only three weeks, so I'm sure given a bit more time and lunch business they will develop a lunch-specific menu, instead of offering the dinner menu which naturally consists of more formal (expensive) dishes than one usually wants for lunch. The owner has lots of imaginative ideas about what he's going to do with his new space, and no doubt it will become a big draw for folks who want to avoid the crush of SMA and instead enjoy a beautiful view, tranquillity and very pleasant ambiance."
