"A local restaurant in Main St. Newmarket, The Goulash House is a must if you try delicious Hungarian cuisine The menu is accessible via a QR code and as soon as you are ready, just let the server know. We ordered the Beef Goulash and Schnitzel on a bun (you can choose between chicken or pig, and both took about 10-15 minutes to come. I loved the Beef Goulash, it was very tasteful and there were also a lot of delicate beef sticks in it. I would say it is the perfect delicious meal to have on a cold winter day! The carving on a bun was also very nice, the rolls were soft and the chicken was also nicely broken. It is similar to a Katsu, but it is much thinner, less flaky and definitely not tasted as oily. Try Abit of Bread in the Goulash, it is a great combination The scavenger on a bun also came with fries and I loved how it was nicely seasoned too! We definitely had leftovers because the portions were quite generous. Would I recommend visiting this place? Absolutely! For more foodie adventures, follow my IG Ayenomz :"

"Great place to go for a steak. Service was excellent from the moment you step into the place until you leave. Highly recommend trying this place for a perfect night out. Had the steak and lobster and it was cooked to perfection."

"After rediscovering the Keg about two years ago I just cannot get enough of their Ahi Tuna Tartare.It is just so good!I am also probably the furthest away from being a burger lover but I do make an exception at the Keg. Their burger is the real deal!Really worth trying.Coming back to the service. Our server Shannon was AMAZING!She got double seated because we really wanted the booth.No problem for her!She rose to the occasion with flying colours.On top of everything she was still able to make our evenings various celebrations a success.Thank you for making our evening sooo special.We will be back for sure!"

"There on the Canada Day with my family and there were no tables on the terrace, but we are the only table in the interior. we ordered coffee and breakfast and it probably took at least 15 to 20 minutes for the coffee. almost an hour later our food was not yet in the table and we followed up and they said that there are other people who ordered before us and that there was only one person in the kitchen. so there is literally nothing they can do. we had a small child and we were extremely frustrated that they didn't even tell us that if we sat down, it would be this ridiculous waiting time. we asked ourselves about the bill and they still accused us of the full price for the expensive coffees that would have tasted better if I had made it home. will not come back and would not recommend."

"The menu didn't differ too vastly from what I recall: kabobs in various forms served alongside beige-tinted Basmati and warm flats of naan. A side of greens, dressed lightly with a translucent ranch-like drizzle, and diced tomato emulsion were also common counterparts.<br/ <br/ ...<br/ <br/ Contradicting my memory was the naan bread, which exhibited a distinct aura of staleness. I'd also admit finding greater pleasure in Naan Kabob's toasty, mellow rendition.<br/ <br/ I snuck a bite of the tandoori chicken at one point: while smoky and undoubtedly tastier than that of my own plain grilled, it was spicier than tolerable."

"Stopped by just after lunch. Ordered the senior special and an extra coleslaw. Splitting meal with husband, as I'm not much of a fry person. Dined in. Pleasant and friendly staff. Halibut was thin and chewy. Didn't taste fresh, thin fish and batter okay. Reminded me of the picture someone posted of the whitefish, mostly batter.Hated the fries that I tried. Not fresh or great tasting. Coleslaw so small, about a tablespoon in size. Not bad but I had better and portion size is riducles.Won't be returning.Best fish and Chips is in Orilla at Duckworths."
