"Told of this place by tour guide, also told to get there for opening if we hadn't booked as it fills up fast. Greeted by wonderful staff who had no problem conversing in English. Went for the 3 course meal and had no problem finding dishes to sample. Was amazed at the range of flavors, went for fois Grois, Red Mullet then citrus desert which was my highlight. Great atmosphere and not too crowded or loud. Not one for foodie pics but had to take some to remember. Thank you."

"Visited Chateau de Sully with it’s one star restaurant again after some years, on our way from Germany to Brittany. The location is great: a large road thru an impressive meadow leading up to the main house. We were warmly welcomed and led to our...room in another building, which also hosted the spa and jacuzzi. Room was good, bathroom clean, wifi mediocre. We had dinner in the restaurant, took a la carte, had a foie gras de canard and a small lobster tail. Food was ok but not surprising, as I would expect from a starred place. The lobster not only was small but also tasted sone days old. The service lead was great, others not so up to the requirement. We left next morning after a delicious breakfast and efficient checkout."
