"Not satisfactory, got separate confirmations from restobooking, one when I get this restaurant from london over restobooking, then other two, days before and the day before we din at jan van eyck. when we arrived there, the staff said they knew nothing about booking and tried to explain that they rarely use this service. I offered to show the booking reference and separate emails, but they did not welcome us and offered to give us a table from the restaurant door when the place was empty. it was catchy and unprofessional. not the type of dingen expected when they have booked a restaurant from london to plan their holiday in advance. j. montero london"
