"I have never dined at this bistro, but often relax on their terrace with my big dog. The staff are friendly and efficient and bring me my carafe of wine when they see me approaching. I recommend this bistro to my clients at Château de Détilly (B&B)."

"Located in a pedestrian street, we fell on this restaurant which serves quite late (ully positive). And where only the t-shirt of the boss indicates the name of the place...The team is a skit: manager who says everything he thinks, waitress who tries to refuel his rice at all costs, even with fries. and the poor waiter who tries to do his best with micro bluetooth and who is at two fingers of the burn out! at the same time it gives: an hour of waiting before being served for more than simple dishes and where the salad is a simple unseasoned leaf...The table next to which receives its aperitives separately but to whom one gives the vinaigrette that was requested by another table. short the cata!!!"

"My husband ordered steak chips. The steak was a lump of gristle the chips were stone cold. The waitress seemed very annoyed that he didn’t want cold chips but swapped them for warm ones nevertheless. My fish dish was bland boring just like the waitress. My advice, don’t waste your money. A very shoddy place."

"A 5 second walk from where we were staying, this restaurant is intimate, first class dining. Wife's tuna was simply sublime. Not a cheap eat but great experience, quality service. Highly recommended without any reservations"

"A s. germain s/a (Loire Valley) - from the royal abbey of fontevraud and in the direction of the castle of Azay-le-Rideau - in front of an enchanting church, we have lunched in the open air by choosing the menu for 14 ,50€. Surprisingly, a house salad with royal shrimp, delicious smoky salmon, egg, tomato, cucumber, lettuce was served. followed by a generous portion of cooked perch fillet with a very delicate sauce (of course I don't know the ingredients). at the end, a cup of ice cream with strawberry and vanilla. the service was attentive and characterized by the cheerfulness of the owner. Of course, the quantity and quality of the routes make this place the first place of the podium quality/price encountered during my journey in the valley of the loire. I also specify that the restaurant is served by a fairly large parking lot (for at least six cars) on the street side. I would recommend it as a place for an enriching stop both for food and for the enchanting context in which it is placed."

"We had stayed in Chinon for a week and was recommended this restaurant from our gite owner. We were not disappointed. The entree wonderful. The duck for main was brought out under silver service and presentation and flavour was perfect. The deserts were magnificent and...highly recommend this for a special night out."
