"Siamo stati cinque giorni a Colmar e abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel. Avevo letto le recensioni molto positive sul ristorante, quindi abbiamo deciso di provare subito : servizio efficiente e personale molto disponibile. Vino ECCELLENTE (il migliore che abbiamo bevuto in Alsazia). La cucina propone piatti tipici del territorio a un prezzo modesto (sicuramente meno caro dei ristoranti del centro). Inoltre offre la possibilità di servirsi al buffet sia di salato sia di dolci."

"I asked to the hotel where i was in to make a reservation for dinner at L’Epicurien, 12 days in advance. Recieved an email from the hotel confirming the reservation. When i arrived at iiiiithe restaurant they said that there was no reservation, what was very strange. But the worst was the rude and impolite way me and my wife were treated by the couple that ows the place. They did not ofer any solution, and almost expelled us out of the restaurant, like we were criminals. Never saw something like that. Better avoid this place."

"Très beau restaurant qui est bien décoré. Au moment de choisir mon plat, j'étais agréablement surprise de voir qu'un plat végétarien était au menu. Seulement voilà, proposer avec des légumes, un risotto (jusque là, tout va bien) et ... des frites ? C'était bon mais pas exceptionnel. Heureusement le dessert a rattrapé le plat. Acceuil correct, serveurs gentils et agréables."
