"We tried the Hibachi for the first time Saturday night. We had such an explosion. It was so entertaining. We had so much fun and the food was great. Quality ingredients. I had the samurai. Filet mignon shrimps and scallops. The scallops were huge. Wait again. In any case, would recommend."

"There are only a few places you go to and just feel the home town of Vibes. Nolan is definitely one of them. The staff is great. The food is nostalgic for me, but of course I had to go with the Chicken Fried Steak Special. It definitely hit the place, but I saw the shrimp plate and wanted it! Next time. They order in front and give your name, and they bring the food to your table. Drinks are selfish. The chocolate cake slices looked amazing!"

"Excellent service … the waitress was attentive and quick.. the food was hot and served quickly.. the steak was tender and cooked to perfection.. lobster tail was delicious and buttery. Worth a try if your in Corpus. Most definitely one of the better steak houses in Corpus."

"Hella great service and the menu is easy to go and choose options. The Longhorn Steak is amazing 22oz. The potato soup is really hearty and delicious. Ordnete the wings her ok and the shrimp was really good wicy need to order it again. The toilet was clean. Also the bar area great for watching the games and grab a drink"

"Maybe it was just a bad night in the kitchen. the service was okay. eating tastes good. but. a fire on the grill made them have to have a steak plate we ordered and we were not told until we got our food. the huh for a plate we ordered was very underdonated in the middle. the butter tastes for the baked potato as if she had gone bad. a side table had to let a mushroom cup go back. not sure why, they offered to rotate it, but the customers said no."

"Flounder is muddy, salty and has a strange taste, eating will be in republic texas prices, but 1/2 the quality. sushi is very good, and steaks are decent, but mostly everything else is sub par. more bar than restaurant. the personal is good. but for the money there are a few better local options. good place to drink too much and on TV with others who have drunk too much, I suppose. but if you want a romantic, fine culinary experience at a fair price the republic texas is a good option if you want a funny night dave buster is good if you want to eat a bar and live music, blackbeards or pier 99 check these boxes with really good eating. scuttlebutts was great 15 years ago."
