"III Forks is a restaurant where my wife and I dine on special occasions mainly because it is a special place. The service has always been excellent and the food is superior. My brother and his wife are coming to Frisco for Thanksgiving and we will be going back to III Forks while they are in town."

"We were seated right away, received initial drink order and placed an order for appetizers, the server did not come back. We had to go up and get our own straws from the bar. We asked another server if she could get our waitress as we had been there 45 minutes and had not received our appetizers and were completely out if drinks. She said she would be with us. We saw our server at the bar having conversations with other customers and tending the bar. We waved at her she saw us and ignored us. The manager finally came to our table as we requested another server. He told us she never put in our order. We wanted to leave. He said he would get our appetizers. An hour after being seated they brought the apps. A pretzel and wurst. Nothing impressive. We just asked for the check which they had billed us for the full meal. They took off what we never received and we paid and left. We saw three other tables leave frustrated without eating either. The only reason they got another star was because the manager did try but did not comp not even the pretzel for inconvenience and horrendous service. Or original server did not seem like she cared about the tables she was waiting on, only the bar. I felt terrible because this was for my husband on father's day and they ruined his dinner. We got take out at Hard Eight where we should have gone in the first place. So much for trying someplace new. I will never return and will not be surprised if they are out of business soon."

"The ambiance was amazing, the vibe was energetic and very lively. However, I had to yell just to speak to my husband seated right next to me not a good place for conversation. Music was amazing, trapeze artist was very entertaining to watch. For food we both ordered steak, I ordered a filet mignon and husband ordered 12 oz ribeye. Both were lacking in flavor, very hard to cut and we were overall not impressed with the quality. Truffle fries were really good and quantity was a lot, we ordered one and could’ve easily shared with another person. Service was polite, food took quite a while to get here we had a friend with reservation time 30 minutes after us and ordered the same food and got it before us which was kind of odd."
