"Everything was presented beautifully and cooked perfectly. I appreciated that the chef managed to blend risk taking and traditional French cuisine. The spider crab dish was a star; however, I continue thinking about the sear on the endive accompanying the scallop (and the other side...elements of that dish which managed to demonstrate a subdued balance/restraint despite numerous elements). Bravo chef. I would be curious what the place is like with Warner weather because the gem of the atmosphere appears to be the outside area in the front."

"Lovely situation in the old town at La Mans. Looking out in the Hotel De Ville this sits next to some other good restaurants. Not the best service, but friendly. Great steaks and salads but I'd give the dessert a miss."
