"La plaza de surco is my favorite restaurant lima and it has been for years. eating is fantastic, the portions decent (a good value), the waiters are friendly, and it is on a place that sometimes makes them think. are in a small city, instead of within a huge subway area. if you like Peruvian cuisine (comida criolla), this is your place! the rokoto relleno and causa de cangrejo are great starters and it's just uphill from here!"

"With the family and we all ordered juices, they were terrible, the fruit was not fresh at all and the amount of used flesh was just a little, we all had to ask for additional sugar. Although there were only a few tables and our waiter had no other tables, he was wrong with the whole order. When I was delivered what I asked for me was surprised to find that they use butter to cook (or butter flavored oil) and they used A LOT, the Omelet was super fat and I asked to bring it without cheese sauce and they did, but put cheese in when it was not even listed in the ingredients of the menu. I don't like butter or cheese, so it was disgusting to eat. And I know that I repeat it, but it was all flooded in fat and butter if it only had to have vegetables after the menu. The only attraction is the decor, but they didn't even care to repair ET correctly, his finger was broken ad patched with black tape. 0 attention, 0 quality of food, badly made menus and poorly trained staff. Wouldn't return at all. If you go for the decoration, just go in and try the bar, it can't be worse than the food."
