"I chose their April special of fillet of lamb chop. I specified "à point" (medium) but it turned out to be definitely rare and hardly even warm in the middle next to the bone.This was a shame as the meat was excellent. However, by the time you have cut into it, there is no way to "cook it a bit more" without making it dry. My guess is that they keep the meat in a fridge and do not allow for the effect of this on the cooking time as this is the second time that a Courtepaille has let me down (the previous time it was with duck)."

The kitchen is very good for an attractive price. menu entry , dish , dessert : 14.5 euro. the choice between 2 entries, 2 or 3 dishes, and 2 desserts. for me it was velvety of chestnuts and potimarron (with a beautiful whole chestnut in ) , succulent. then shiny beef fillet (requires respect and slightly crispy) , to fall , melting to desired , accompanied by dauphinois gratin. meat comes directly from rungis, a known producer of the cook. dessert, mellux coco Chantilly mangue / passion"
