"It was my first time with my friend to Gyu-Kaku orlando for the 22nd birthday and it was a very nice dinner. the food was delicious, but I wasn't too happy with the service. the manager greeted us and were very friendly and even said: "happy birthday". when we sat on the table, the waiter was very respectful, but a little too low. all night we couldn't hear what he said, but we worked on it. when we got our foods and drinks, they had no straws or utensils, we always landed more and more, when we were almost finished with our meals. Please note that this is not too extreme. However, when we were finished, we were not offered desserts, and we were given the check before the completion of our meals. this was somewhat unexpected for me, as it was my birthday, as I said before, and was looking forward to a little dessert and possibly singing "happy birthday" with my partner. please they know that this is not the restaurant or waiter to put, because it was even better than okay experience and we will probably go back, but probably not for a special occasion."

"Amazing salsa!! Great service and fun environment!!!But, They need better chefs, with more than 1 cooking style, that know how to NOT over cook all the meats they offer.ALL the dishes taste very similar! All with a seared burn marks on "which ever" meat, mixed with similar seasoning and all WELL DONE to OVER DONE cook-ness. The seared burn-ness, like a fajitas, but for every dish?? This is the second time I had to go here with the same results... Im refusing if I get invited next time... Perhaps go for drinks cause the vibe is good and fun... they just need better chefs..."

"Always a good choice. Great margaritas and unique dishes. Carnitas seems to have changed - I didn't care what wet sauce it was on top of. It dampened the carnitas. The service was somewhat inattentive during this visit."
