"Not the best place to be having vietnamese cuisine. Such a waste of space in my tummy. The shrimp is not fresh and tasted very off. The service is good though so it kind of compensated for the not so yummy food. The zao chicken is not as good as I remebered. Overall, would not come back any time soon."

"I suggested Tender Bobs to my gf when she said she wanted yummy recovery food after her day in the outdoors. This branch has been in Shangri-La mall when I was still starting out in my profession so I was quite curious how the experience and quality would be after quite some time.

The Cheeseburger sliders had a generous amount of potato hay strips similar to that potato snack called Pik Nik but a bit softer. It was a refreshing item since it delves away from the usual side of fries. The sliders were pretty basic in terms of ingredients. Buttered bun, patty, melted cheese and onions were evident but it's effect is satisfying to the tummy and palate. The ribeye steak was divine probably because I have a penchant for well cooked steaks. I had mine cooked to a medium so as not to "kill" the meat. I took my time and savoring the juices from the steak with each bite.

Having a meal here sure did satisfy my steak cravings. Portion is rather plentiful... read more"

"Had the taco trio to try all the flavors, I've had worse but this is a little below average for me. Meats seemed to be pre cooked and stored, they were dry and chewy. Sauce wasn't bad but the tacos were lackluster, just dry meat, diced onions and shredded cabbage."

"I finally got around to trying this place out and we were pretty much happy with what we ate. The Bangkok fried rice, seafood red curry, grilled pork neck and phad Thai noodles were all quite good and relatively inexpensive. The negatives - serving size of the delicious seafood curry was disappointingly small, and the fish fillet in mango sauce was nothing great. I'd definitely eat here again."

"Was excited to try the food here. As we enter we were seated right away. As it was my first time eating here a waiter gave us a quick tutorial on how to order using the iPad tablet on the table. I was a bit confused though as we were also given the usual table menu. They told us that there were some items that are in the paper menu but are not on the iPad menu. And only the items that are on the iPad that are available for ordering. That said, it still didn't explained why they gave us the paper menu. Anyway, so we ordered from the tablet, and it was so nifty and "hi tech" and the food was service was also quite fast since we were served maybe within 10 to 15 minutes. Also if you are not comfortable ordering via iPad, a waiter can explain everything to you.

As for the food, most of their items are served "teishoku" style or "complete meal set" style. In other words, most of their entrees comes with a bowl of rice, miso soup, chawanmushi or japanese savory egg custard and japanese pickles. I had the Mix Toji Teishoku which is a mix of pork Katsu, shrimp katsu and sukiyaki style beef served on a hot stone dish and the rice was served separately. My brother had the sukiyaki teishoku which is a a big bowl of sukiyaki with both thin noodles and thick udon noodles. As for flavor, it was really good. I like that the sukiyaki beef was really tender and sweet. And the pork katsu was also tender and flavorful. I love that the food were served on hot stone dishes which kept the food warm all through out the entire meal. What I didn't like though, was that the rice and the miso soup were not refillable. But the rice was real Japanese rice so it was really good eventhugh it was "bitin". I ate everything on my set except for the chawanmushi which I never really developed a liking to. Drinks were not included with the set so we ordered lemon iced tea which was also not refillable.

Once you are done, you can again click on the iPad to check your bill and to signal the waiter to get your payment. Prices were a bit expensive comparing it to other Japanese restaurants and considering they don't have free refills.

This is not the first restaurant that I have eaten here in Manila that offers this unique experience of ordering from a tablet. And I think it is a more efficient way of servicing customers. I think children of all ages will like this new "hi-tech" way of service. I just wish this establishment will have more branches out soon!"

"Quality is WENDYS .. during my college days my favorite hangout is Wendy Manila near Ust or Cuba. My favorite food is bacon mushroom melt, biggie fries, and drinks with macaroni salad.
For a change, I tried New Fish Fillet with a twisted frosty Kitkat flavor. This branch sells LAVAZZA Italy's favorite coffee, muffins and biscuits."

"We love racks! Ordered the Pork ribs with a large side of corn on the cob and java rice, plus biscuits and clam chowder. Tender juicy pork ribs! The corn was just a craving hehe. But their clam chowder is one of the best I've ever tasted."
