"The resto is across from 9 de Julio Plaza, a popular recreation spot in the middle of an upper-middle class residential city neighborhood. We sat outside on the sidewalk. The empanadas are good and the food is slightly above standard Argentine restaurant food, though not gourmet. Service was very friendly, and "fast enough", given the laid back style of Tucumán. I would eat there again."

"This is a wonderful place to eat an evening meal.The atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly and fast, the food is great, I really enjoyed myself. and the price was great.I had a bife de lomo (filet mignon), pure de papas (mashed potatoes), and a great Malbec.Los Negros is centrally located only a short taxi rides from most downtown hotels.Next time I am in Tucuman, I will be back, and suggest it to any friends visiting the ares."
