"We were greeted and seated efficiently, the waiter rattled off the menu of the marches quickly in French, once he realized we were English speakers his attitude appeared to change somewhat to indifference bordering on hostile. Our first pick of wine was unavailable. Ok. The appetizer of langoustine salad had a good flavor and was fresh although slightly over cooked. The smoke trout appetizer was on the money though. Both the lamb chops and filet of sole were exceptional. Having to ask for the bill twice, and quite a wait from finishing our mains to being able to leave (well over 45 minutes) was a bit much. We skipped coffee and dessert........there are plenty of better alternatives in tarbes Centre ...l'1time for example"

"I would rate this as good but not very good but there is no option to do so on the star rating.The food was tasty and well prepared for the most part although the low temperature cooked salmon was declared tasteless by the two in my party who ordered it. The amuse bouches were probably the best course.Service and welcome from the owner were excellent but the young girl employed to describe the food and serve the plates was not enthusiastic and did nothing to add to the experience.We ordered a coup de champagne as suggested on arrival which was good but at 12 € a glass perhaps a tad expensive.Overall, we found it a pleasant experience but felt the food had been too " messed around with" and something simpler would have been more to our taste.Location was pleasant seated outside and this is probably the best place Tarbes has to offer."

"Très bons plats à 15 euros, beaucoup de légumes bien cuisinés. Le carillon est là depuis tellement longtemps qu'on ne le remarque même plus. Suite au changement de propriétaire c'est une transformation très réussi, déco agréable et propre, bonne cuisine maison et bien sûr la sempiternelle terrasse. Accueil sympa même quand le personnel se démène à fond. Ouvert le dimanche donc parfait pour les décisions de dernière minute."
