"This is our go-to place in Trouville. We had an assiette de fruits de mer (bulots, shirimps, and oysters, all very fresh and tasty) and a croustillante de chevre for starters, then we both had filets de dorade royales, all with an excellent bottle of...Pouilly-Fumé. For dessert, we had profiterolles (if you're a connoisseur, this is the place) and a caramel creme brulé. Perfect."
