"Le Saumon seems like a step back in time, as if it's menu was written several decades ago. The buffet offered as a starter contains such items as halved boiled eggs and a range of unimaginative salads. The main courses were basic OK, but...nothing more. In fairness, it is not expensive euros for three courses was good value. The wine was inexpensive. And the Normandy apple tarte and ice cream was very good."

"Came here on speculators and had the best meal of our trip. typical French menu. oyster, smoked salmon and Melone/ham starter, all very good. the steaktare is on. the normandie sunglass for dessert was a highlight, fresh apfel sorbet free with Calvados.... Generated portioning, good and reasonable wine list. very nice. so well we came back to our last meal of vacation, and it was all so good, the second time around. very recommended."
