"Was disappointed in our experience. We had reservations but they could not find them, but sat us quickly. The waitress did not care about our experience at all. Appetizer order did not arrive but our food arrived first. Instead at taking off the appetizer or apologizing for the mix up she sent the food back and then brought out the app. The food was just placed in the back in a warming area and came back cold. We had to ask the manager to re heat the food. Waitress never apologized or addressed any of the issues. Was very disappointed in lack of service and addressing issues. Ambience was beautiful and it was very quiet and peaceful."
