"Quisieron darle un toque Italiano....lástima. La comida es muy, MUY mala. NO TIENEN UN BUEN CHEF. Las pastas están desabridas. El lugar es bonito, y ya. La berenjena que pedimos, no estaba bien sazonada, era como comer cartón insípido. Tiene la "marca de la cadena", es decir, buen nombre, decoración y ambiente agradables, pero toda la comida sabe igual. Hay MIL MEJORES RESTAURANTES ITALIANOS. Por eso digo que es como ir a Vips. De la misma cadena: Nobu (pésimo chef y carísima comida, pero muy "snob", soberbio y para ricos que se quieren lucir pagando mucho por poco). Proceso, otro mal intento de "ser" o "replicar" un restaurant italiano. Te venden "proscrito" que suena como para conocedores a precio de oro. Es para que te vayas a lucir, pagar mucho y comer bastante mal. Es para que te luzcas en sociedad, NO PARA COMER BIEN."
