"My friend and I went to the church to eat and communion. our server steven was very nice and professional. the bar must have been very busy because our food came before our drink. my friend ordered fischtacos and I ordered the thai kai salat. the salat claims to come with grilled chicken, but the hen looked like slices of white deli meat (it tasted like it too.) I sent it back and ordered shrimp tacos and I was instead brought fish tacos. steven apologised for the mistake and corrected him. I found this very commendable, as I had eaten in the restaurants on the upper scale, where the server was like the mistake was the debt of the patron. we enjoyed everything in everything. but I think it's sad when they call Deli meat grilled huh. see them, I had this salad in other restaurants with grill chickens"

"Jerico's has been our point of contact for special occasions for years. Unfortunately, this time has not fulfilled all of our previous experiences. Usually the fillets (Knight's Cut) are incredibly tasty and tender. This time they were barely seasoned and had to be sent back to reach the medium kitchen we requested. This information was shared with both the hostess and our server. While the hostess offered to put another steak on the grill, we didn't want that as it would have been wasteful as we wouldn't be able to eat it then and we wouldn't be able to eat it at home in time. That being said, the only response / action was to say that you and our server are sorry. We will continue to recommend Jerico's, but also warn."

"Server was incredibly rude. I never asked if we need to refill drinks. I never asked if the food was okay. Ordered a medium-rare prime rib. It came out medium good. My husband's middle rib was much rarer than mine. Just an overall bad experience."

"The food here is amazing. Great NY STRIP steak, some of the best.. What amazed me though was the appetizers. Two are pictured here. Both were amazingly good and enough to feed a group. I also saw some comments on the atmosphere and I personally loved it. They had plenty of room at booths. The noise was a good volume. Staff was excellent."

"It's been over a decade since I visited J. Alexander's (before Redland's was in the name). I'm glad I went back. Although the restaurant had a wait, we were seated before the quoted time. Our server was attentive and the food arrived quicker than anticipated. I had the salad, which was loaded. I asked for grilled chicken instead of fried and they were happy to accommodate. The thin slices of chicken were warm, flavourful, tender and moist. I don't know if they make the honey mustard dressing, but it was some of the best I've had. My sweetie had the New York strip, cooked medium with a loaded baked potato. The steak was cooked to perfection! He has announced at least 5 times that we will be returning to J Alexander's at least once a month so he can get the best steak ever."
