"If you enjoy fresh and crispy fish & chips PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. The title of this review is no exaggeration. This "seafood restaurant" does not even deserve one star - our experience was so horrible. We ordered two takeaway combos, one grilled and one battered and they were both revolting. Everything was soggy and plain, the salad was dead, nothing was fresh. Such a disappointing meal. In Adelaide, where good food and wine is the reason many tourists visit, restaurants simply cannot afford to serve meals like this. Then to add insult to injury, the service was very poor - we were made to feel awkward while waiting, as though we shouldn't be ordering takeaway fish & chips from a fish & chips restaurant. Very disappointed we wasted one of our meals out in Adelaide here and will advise everyone we know against going."

"Came here on 28/9/22 for a work lunch of 5. The menu was varied enough that someone on a strict diet found something to eat. Food was really good with good size serves and nicely presented for pub meals. Reasonably priced. Everyone was served in a timely manner. Kitchen were good enough to advise of a change in an accompanying salad for a dish. Can recommend."

"What a great Aussie pub. Super staff, enough beers to choke a horse, and God pub food as well. Don't waste your time going to town eastwards, heading west and enjoy yourselves."

"An AFL game had the Balcony Restarurant buzzing and packed out (a good sign when a restaurant is popular with the locals) but the wait staff made us welcome and asked if we would be happy with a twenty minute wait for a table - which we were. It was worth the wait. The food was beautiful and the waiting staff were lovely, very friendly. I finished off with a glass of Tokay which I have never seen in a restaurant before - and I thoroughly enjoyed it!"

"I haven't been back to Adelaide for a while and was hanging out for some lovely SA seafood. Seems like a lot of the old regular haunts have disappeared but this place was a great new find. It is a very big space but service was spot on, it had a great range of wines and the seafood was superb .. fresh and succulent. Our meals ranged across Prawns, Octopus and SA Whiting and all were great. The char grilled octopus was an absolute standout. The only downside ... a bit expensive."

"We've been touching base here for a few years when visiting Adelaide usually for a coffee and crepe, more recently for breakfast Located not eh first floor of the Myer centre, this small franchise offers a great all day breakfast menu, range of coffees...and is super convenient for a place to eat when visiting Rundle Mall or the Myer Centre I recommend the eggs benedict, the haloumi/mushroom toast and the crepes. Nice to see they're taking COVID19 seriously, with a record of all customers, spotless tables and appropriate social distancing,"
