"There are two chippies in Donaghadee and Raineys used to be the more pleasant to go into. Not now. The owner has now developed severe attitude and no longer deserves ant custom. Any query as to the progress of an order gets met with pure aggression. I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend any one else to do so either. He is a disgrace to this town."

"My wife and i were out for a drive today and as we came into Millisle, Co Down, we spotted this cafe/restaurant called J&R's Grill. So we pulled over and decided to have lunch. The surroundings are quite nice, looking into the main street, not...massive but cosy. The staff were more than helpful and brought us the menu's, i ordered cod and chip's with tea, bread and butter, my wife had the chicken goujon's. Well the servings we got were massive, a lovely well done cod and nicely done chips , alas i couldn't finish it, there was just too much for me but really lovely, my wife's goujon"s were massive, beautiful white chicken breast nicely battered with salad and a very nice sweet chilli sauce and golden chip's. Overall a pleasureable visit and would highly recommend a visit, you wont be disappointed, and good value as well."

"Sad this place has suffered the same fate as those that came before it. You’d think the building was jinxed! They made a good stab at it but in essence it was just providing the same stuff everyone else was in the town and getting stubborn NI people to change their allegiance to a new restaurant was always going to prove to be a tough ask. I think what’s more disturbing now is their choice of local ‘PR consultant’ (lol) to deal with the aftermath is both worrying and seriously misguided. Frightening, actually."

"This is our go to for food for a while now, james and Jaqueline go out of their way to attend to their guests! The staff are also very attentive every time we have been, we were in tonight as a table of 18 and it did not disappoint, we brought people tonight for their first time and they will be back, beautiful food and massive portions-the cod mornay is my favourite kh"
